We employ our own team of highly trained Peak Pilates® Installation and Service Engineers. We know the importance of professional servicing and maintenance of your equipment, and we don’t use untrained Sub-Contractors.
We understand how frustrating it can be for your customers when equipment is not working, and how damaging it can be to your reputation. That’s why we hold a large quantity of parts in stock, and in most cases our call out time is less than 48 hours. Our telephone diagnosis service ensures a 95%+ first time fix rate when we visit.
